Replacement Was Defective As Well Requesting Refund

This sign was a replacement for a previous order MDS-458388 that had a bubbly face and centered off color striping down the entire face. The replacement was received MDS- 458957 and has the exact same defects. I spoke to a very nice CSR she sent me the email to upload photos and got nothing from the customer service department. No response what so ever. I will be requesting my monies returned and will not be reordering this type of sign from them again.
